After thoughtful discussions and careful consideration, we’ve made a bold move – the decision to completely reinvent our Support Center. Today, we’re officially announcing the creation of Support Center 3, codenamed Echo Desk.

What makes this moment even more meaningful is the date. Exactly two years ago, on May 1st, 2023, we launched Support Center 2.0 – a significant upgrade that carried us far. That milestone didn’t just mark an evolution in our client support infrastructure; it marked a shift in how we communicate, solve problems, and grow alongside our community. That’s why this anniversary gave us the confidence, and the energy, to push forward again.
Echo Desk is not just a name. It’s a new standard.
As of today(May 1st, 2025), both the Ticket System and the legacy Support Center site have been permanently taken offline. Yes, you won’t see them again. And that’s intentional. We’re not interested in patching what once worked. We’re building something better from the ground up.
While Echo Desk is under active development, all support and communication will happen here.
We’re excited, not just because we love designing systems, but because we know this is about you. This is about creating a smarter, faster, more human way to connect. Our clients deserve more than automated replies and outdated forms. Echo Desk will be more intuitive, more transparent, and more aligned with how you actually work.
