We’re introducing a new level of flexibility for our clients – the Email Service that was previously included only within selected hosting plans is now available as an independent offering.
This change allows agencies, studios, and individual creators to integrate a fully managed, business-grade email solution into their existing infrastructure, without the need to migrate hosting or purchase an additional plan.
What’s New
Previously, email functionality was tied directly to hosting tiers. With this update, you can now:
- Deploy professional email addresses under your domain name (e.g., [email protected]) without hosting dependencies.
- Configure and manage email accounts through Titan Mail unified control panel.
- Access advanced security features, including encrypted transmission (TLS/SSL), spam filtering, and multi-layer authentication.
- Scale seamlessly – add, remove, or upgrade email users independently from your hosting resources.
The standalone Email Service gives you full control over your domain-based communication, providing a secure, scalable, and professional solution designed to operate independently from your hosting environment. With this service, you can create and manage custom email addresses under your domain, benefit from advanced security protocols including TLS/SSL encryption and spam filtering, and ensure reliable delivery with proper SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration. It’s ideal for businesses, agencies, and creators who want to separate their email infrastructure from hosting, scale their mailbox usage on demand, and maintain complete control over their communication channels without compromising on performance or security.
Technical Overview
The standalone Email Service runs on the same reliable infrastructure as our integrated hosting email environment. It uses:
- IMAP/SMTP protocols for full compatibility with all major email clients (Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, etc.).
- DNS-based validation (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) to protect your domain reputation and improve deliverability.
- Dedicated mail routing and monitoring systems to ensure optimal uptime and performance.
For advanced users, direct access to DNS settings and server configurations remains available, offering granular control over MX records and authentication methods.
