Do you collaborate with clients both locally and worldwide?
Absolutely! We’ve partnered with clients across the globe, and our streamlined process ensures seamless collaboration – no matter where you’re located. As long as you have access to email and the internet, we’re ready to get started!
What are your payment terms?
We ask for a 50% deposit before we begin, with the remaining 50% invoiced halfway through the project. Since every project is unique, we’re open to discussing alternative payment plans that work for both parties when needed.
Do you require an upfront payment?
Yes, to kick off any project, we require an upfront payment, including a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your place in our design queue.
How long will it take to finish my project?
Each project is unique, so if you have a specific deadline, be sure to let us know when you reach out. On average, a branding project takes about 2 weeks, depending on complexity, while website development can take up to 10 weeks.
