Personal Agents Have Arrived: Dedicated, Priority-Driven Support for Every Ticket •

Support is only as good as the attention behind it. A shared queue, no matter how efficient, still forces every request to compete for the same rotating pool of specialists. We built our infrastructure to eliminate that bottleneck entirely, and today we’re introducing the next step: a support model built around dedicated, single-focus attention.

Introducing Personal Agents

From this point forward, every ticket raised through Echo Desk can be assigned a Personal Agent – a dedicated specialist whose sole focus, for the duration of your case, is your issue and nothing else. No context-switching between unrelated tickets, no queue reshuffling, no diluted attention. One agent, one mission: resolving your request end-to-end.

This isn’t a chatbot layer or a routing script bolted onto our existing system. A Personal Agent is a committed point of ownership. From the moment your ticket is picked up, that agent tracks the full lifecycle of your case, diagnosis, implementation, testing, and confirmation, and stays accountable for the outcome rather than handing you off between departments.

Scaling With Complexity: Additional Specialists on Demand

Some issues are simple. Others touch multiple layers of a project at once. Our new model accounts for that. When a ticket’s complexity or priority requires it, your Personal Agent can pull in additional specialists from the relevant domains, forming a small dedicated team around your specific case rather than passing you along a chain of separate departments.

This means the depth of support scales automatically with what your issue actually needs. A minor fix stays fast and lightweight. A complex, business-critical issue gets the full weight of a coordinated specialist team, assembled around your ticket specifically, not queued behind everyone else’s.

How to Get One

There’s no separate form, no upsell, no additional workflow to learn. The mechanism is already built into the ticket system you use today.

  • Open a new ticket in the Support Center via Echo Desk, as usual.
  • Set the ticket priority to High at creation.
  • That’s it. A Personal Agent is automatically assigned to your case, and additional specialists are looped in as needed based on the complexity of the issue.

No extra configuration, no waiting for approval, no manual escalation request. The priority flag you already know how to set is now the trigger for dedicated, single-focus attention.

Personal Agent assignment is triggered specifically by setting the ticket priority to High at the time of creation. Priority cannot be upgraded retroactively on an existing ticket, if your issue requires dedicated, single-focus attention, select High priority before submitting. When in doubt about severity, we recommend setting High priority; our team will recalibrate it after initial review if a lower priority is more appropriate, at no cost or delay to you.

Why We Built This

Standard support queues optimize for throughput, the goal is closing as many tickets as possible, as fast as possible. That works well for routine requests, but it isn’t built for situations where a client needs full attention on one specific, often urgent, problem. Personal Agents exist for exactly that scenario: when the priority of your work justifies a dedicated resource rather than a shared one.

This capability builds directly on the infrastructure overhaul we completed across our entire server network, the same architecture that now gives every client project standardized, next-generation performance also gives our support operations the headroom to allocate dedicated human specialists without straining response times elsewhere in the queue.

What This Means for You

No action is required to benefit from the underlying platform improvements, as always, those apply automatically. But if you have a specific, high-priority issue that deserves focused, uninterrupted attention, the tool to get it is already in your hands: open a ticket, mark it High, and a Personal Agent takes it from there.

Please note that a Personal Agent is a paid service. The cost is calculated individually for each case, based on the complexity of the issue, the time required for diagnosis and resolution, and the number of additional specialists involved.

We remain available around the clock through the Support Center and Echo Desk for any technical dialogue, deployment questions, or performance discussions your team may need.
