A New Creative Experiment: Dweet Design Launches Its First Intern‑Led Project Group •
For the first time in its history, we are launching a fully independent working group composed entirely of exceptionally talented interns – a bold experiment driven by curiosity, trust, and a commitment to nurturing emerging creative power.
This year’s intern cohort arrived with an uncommon blend of technical precision, conceptual maturity, and an instinctive understanding of contemporary design culture. Their abilities span motion, 3D, brand systems, copywriting, and digital craft, and the chemistry between them quickly became impossible to overlook. Instead of integrating these interns into existing departments, the agency made a different choice: to unite them into a single, self‑contained creative unit.
The Intern Group as a Studio of Its Own
The structure is simple, but the ambition behind it is significant. The group will operate as a micro‑studio within Dweet Design, taking on real client projects from concept to delivery. Senior specialists from the agency will accompany the team, but they will intervene only when absolutely necessary. The intention is not to supervise – it is to empower. We want to see what happens when emerging talent is given space, responsibility, and the freedom to build something of their own.
The team is ready to take on projects of any scale or complexity, from brand identity and digital experiences to content production and campaign development. Their work will be held to the same standards as any Dweet Design output, but the process will be faster, more experimental, and intentionally less predictable.
To support this initiative, the agency is introducing a special project model:
- All work will be billed strictly based on resources spent.
- The project fee itself will be discounted by 50%.
First client to submit a request will receive the full project completely free of charge.
This is a limited creative window. The group begins work on March 2, and submissions will be accepted only until February 23. Within this pilot, the team will take on no more than three projects (four at the absolute maximum). Once the limit is reached, the program closes.
We are opening a new chapter by forming its first intern‑led creative group – a team built around raw talent, ambition, and the desire to experiment. The initiative gives emerging creators real responsibility and the freedom to shape full client projects with minimal oversight. It’s a rare chance to collaborate with a young micro‑studio operating inside the agency, driven by curiosity and fresh perspective. The program is limited, the timeline is tight, and the team is ready to begin.
For brands, founders, and teams seeking fresh energy, unconventional thinking, and a chance to collaborate with the next generation of creators, this is a rare opportunity. The intern group is ready to build something new, and Dweet Design creative agency is ready to stand behind them.
