Fresh Look and Upgrades •

This fall, the Dweet Design crew went all-in on giving our agency website a much-needed overhaul. Balancing a mountain of client projects, we still found time to work some serious magic, and after an intense month of non-stop grinding UK studio, we hustled 24/7, with no days off, we’re psyched to reveal the fresh, updated version of our site.

Here’s the scoop on what’s new, what got the boot, and what’s been added to level up the user experience:

What Got a Facelift

Main & Mobile Menu: The old menus? Let’s be real – outdated and clunky. We’ve revamped the navigation big time. Now, desktop and mobile users can easily bounce between all the key pages with a breeze. Plus, we threw in a shiny new submenu to make services and support just a tap away.

Portfolio Section (Works): We’ve fine-tuned the navigation in the portfolio area. The primary category filters still live at the top, but now when you hover over a project, you’ll get access to subcategory filters. Browsing through our epic work has never been smoother.

Blog: Here’s where we keep it real with stories about our team’s hustle, what goes down behind the scenes at the agency, and insights into the world of design. And for those still on the fence about a project, we’re sharing design know-how to help you make the best choice before hitting us up.

Support Center Overhaul

Ticket System: We upgraded the ticketing system with a more user-friendly chat interface so that chatting with support is more like vibing with a helpful buddy. We also introduced a task timer in tickets – track that work time down to the minute!

Every team member – whether they’re managing your account, designing, or coding your next masterpiece – now has a personal profile. And yeah, you can even make special requests for your fave team player.

Knowledge Base: Need answers? We’re bulking up the knowledge base with articles that cover all the basics, from understanding our services to admin tips for your site. Plus, it’s built into the ticket system, so our agents can hit you with useful links while handling your requests.

Tutorials: We’re rolling out a collection of guides to empower you to tackle common issues on your own. Expect step-by-step how-tos, both in written form and video tutorials. It’s all about giving you the tools to take charge without needing to ping support for every little thing.

FAQ: All the burning questions clients ask us on the daily? Yup, they’re getting their own dedicated space. From basic inquiries to deeper dives, our FAQ will cover it all.

Pretty Much Every Page Got a Refresh: Yep, we didn’t stop at just a few sections – the whole site’s been rebuilt from the ground up. Go check it out and see for yourself!
